Jürgen Rühe elected as one of the Vice Presidents (Vice Rectors) of the University of Freiburg

The Senate of the University of Freiburg elected four new Vice Presidents (vice rectors) and a Registrar (Kanzler) in his meeting on January, 23. Jürgen Rühe was named as Vice Rector for International Relations and Technology Transfer. His three-year term will start together with the term of the new Rector, Prof. Dr. Andreas Voßkuhle on April, 1st 2008. Jürgen Rühe is then one of three extraofficial Vice Rectors.
