Complex geometries of 3D microcoils for magntic levitated Transport

Project description

The purpose of this project is to develop a mechanism for reliable, frictionless and wear-free micro-object transport based on magnetic levitation. The core enabling technology for this project is the wirebonding technology. The final goal of this project is to demonstrate in line and in plane transportation of a micro-slider in a matrix of 1x8 or 2x4 dicrete positions, respectively.
