Michael Kult started his bachelor's degree in microsystems engineering at the University of Freiburg in 2020 and joined the Department of Materials in Microsystems Engineering as a research assistant in March 2023, where he is currently analyzing the characteristics of the influence of temperature and mechanical stress on the threshold voltage of FET.
