Dr. Susanne Koch
PostDoc
Vita
Susanne Koch studied physics at University of Konstanz and carried out her Bachelor thesis during a semester abroad in Seattle, WE in the USA on defects in perovskite solar cells. In her masters she continued working on perovskite solar cells in Hybrid Nanostructures groups in Konstanz and wrote her Master’s thesis on ion migration and trap states in perovskite solar cells. Since spring 2019, she is working as a PhD student at the Department of Microsystems Engineering at Hahn Schickard in the Electrochemical Energy Systems group. Here, she is developing water electrolyzers based on anion-exchange membranes and studies new ion-exchange membranes and polymer using Raman microscopy.
